Delivery/Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will coordinate multiple client accounts, manage outstaff/outsourcing projects, and ensure stable, high-quality delivery together with our team.

This role is ideal for a Middle / Middle+ specialist with solid hands-on experience in IT outsourcing / outstaff environments, who is ready to take ownership of client accounts and delivery processes.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate and manage outstaff/outsourcing projects across multiple client accounts
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and engineers, ensuring transparent and predictable delivery
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between clients, delivery, recruitment, and resource teams
  • Actively participate in staffing processes: sourcing alignment, evaluation, and matching specialists to project needs
  • Conduct initial candidate evaluations and coordinate technical and final interviews
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks
  • Contribute to account growth and identify expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team during pre-sales and discovery stages
  • Ensure specialists meet project requirements, budget, and client expectations
  • Maintain project documentation and oversee operational processes
  • Support preparation of contracts and related documentation

Who we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management / Delivery / Account Management in IT
  • Mandatory experience in IT outsourcing / outstaff / staff augmentation
  • Higher education (required)
  • Strong understanding of IT delivery processes and software development lifecycle
  • Proven client-facing experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a multitasking, fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and structured approach
  • Confident user of Google Workspace and experience with CRM / ATS / tracking systems
  • Proactive mindset, ownership, and result-oriented approach
  • English level โ€” Upper-Intermediate / Advanced (mandatory, daily client communication)

Nice to have:

  • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Experience in pre-sales activities
  • Practical experience with Agile / Scrum
  • Background in service companies
