AI Content and EdTech Specialist (Skilled Trades)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy specialist to create and enhance educational content for skilled trades and technical professions.

We are building a platform at the intersection of EdTech and workforce mobility for skilled trades professionals. Our solution helps qualified workers - electricians, mechanics, welders, and more - get certified, find jobs abroad, and navigate the full journey from document preparation to relocation. 

Our mission is to address the global shortage of skilled workers by connecting verified professionals with employers and simplifying complex processes like certification, documentation, and hiring through technology and AI.

🚀 What you’ll do: 

• Generate educational content using AI tools (text, video, audio); 
• Review and verify content for accuracy, logic, and clarity; 
• Create and coordinate video/audio materials in collaboration with freelance editors; 
• Upload and structure content in platforms like FlexiQuiz; 
• Maintain and update materials in CRM systems; 
• Communicate with users (students/technicians) and gather feedback. 

✅ What we’re looking for: 

• STEM background (comfortable with technical concepts, diagrams, formulas); 
• English level B2+ (written and spoken); 
• Strong attention to detail - you notice what others miss; 
• Confident user of modern tools (AI tools, LMS, CRM); 
• Ability to simplify complex topics for learners. 

➕ Nice to have: 

• Experience in EdTech, instructional design, or technical writing; 
• Experience working with AI / LLMs (prompting, content generation).
