About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth through partnerships and affiliate relationships. The role focuses on managing and expanding affiliate networks across PPC, Facebook, and ASO campaigns, with a strong emphasis on performance and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new affiliates and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard high-quality affiliates
- Manage and grow affiliate partnerships across PPC, Facebook, and ASO channels
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results and quality
- Work closely with internal teams to align on campaign strategy and execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within iGaming
- Hands-on experience working with affiliate programs and networks
- Experience with platforms such as Soft-to-Bet, SoftSwiss, T3 is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and affiliate traffic
- Excellent English communication skills (Russian or Ukrainian is a plus)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work remotely and independently
