π About the role
Weβre looking for a Customer Success Manager who will help our clients get the most value from our products and build long-term relationships with them.
π― We are looking for people who will:
- Will increase the loyalty of our customers
- Will advise clients and conduct onboarding
- Will represent the interests of clients in the company
- Help our customers get value from using our products
- Will prepare educational materials and develop internal and external knowledge bases
- Interact with sales managers
- Have 1β3 years of relevant work experience
π€ You are suitable if you:
- Know and understand the principles of customer relations
- Clearly understand the tasks at hand
- You are able to listen and hear the needs of clients/partners
- You are active, sociable, and know in practice what time management is
- Confidently speak and write in English
β An additional plus can be:
- Successful experience in customer support
- Knowledge and understanding of streaming and esports markets
- a well-developed sense of empathy and research skills
- If you know and use AI products
- If you can speak other languages
- Lack of fear of doing new things
