Lead Generation Specialist (LinkedIn Outreach)

Web Design Sun is a software development company founded in 2012. We have been fully remote since day one, building international products in Web & Cloud Applications, SaaS, CRM/ERP, and E-commerce domains. We collaborate with clients from the US and Europe and consistently rank highly on Clutch, GoodFirms, and Upwork.

We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager who can effectively engage and build relationships with potential clients, is eager to grow into a sales role, and is ready to contribute to business development.

Requirements:
 

  • 1+ year of experience in Lead Generation, including the ability to make qualification calls
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn outreach
  • Experience in identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and building outreach databases
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and analytical tools: ability to extract and analyze data, prepare reports, track metrics, and evaluate campaign performance
  • Experience in strategy development, running experiments, analyzing results, and implementing the most effective approaches
  • Background in both actively seeking direct clients and organizing successful roadshows;
  • Strong analytical skills and results-driven mindset
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and spoken)
     

Responsibilities:
 

  • Build and maintain outreach databases on LinkedIn
  • Launch and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns (manual and automated: Sales Navigator, Linked Helper 2)
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients
  • Maintain reports in Google Sheets
  • Create and update marketing materials
  • Work with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
  • Join client calls together with the sales team in an observational role
