Senior HR Manager / HR Business Partner

We are looking for a HR Business Partner who will support business growth through effective people management across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on Learning & Development, performance growth, and employee experience.

This role is focused on executing, improving, and scaling existing HR processes — including onboarding, performance evaluation, learning initiatives, and employee engagement while adapting them to evolving business needs. The specialist will act as a partner to the business in strengthening a learning culture and supporting continuous team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Adaptation: Organize and conduct onboarding sessions for new colleagues, prepare and update guides, welcome materials, intro presentations, and adaptation plans. Ensure that every new employee feels confident and quickly integrates into the team.
  • Competency & Performance Evaluation: Assess employees’ soft skills and work with the competency matrix, organize and conduct performance evaluations and check-ins.
  • Learning & Development: Initiate and coordinate training programs within the company, manage learning passes (e.g., Udemy), and more.
  • Offboarding: Conduct offboarding sessions, organize exit interviews, communicate with colleagues during employee departures, prepare and summarize lessons learned. Ensure a respectful, structured, and transparent process.
  • Employee Satisfaction & Engagement: Manage ESAT surveys, mediate conflicts, and implement initiatives to maintain high engagement levels.
  • HR Analytics & Leadership Potential: Analyze HR data and identify opportunities for leadership development.
  • Policies: Develop and document company policies and procedures.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager / HR Business Partner in IT with responsibilities similar to the ones described
  • HR education is a must (e.g., SHRM or CIPD certification, LvBS HR programs, People First Club training, or equivalent)
  • Business-oriented mindset (understanding of business efficiency metrics and HR’s impact on them)
  • Proven experience working with metrics and business data; ability to analyze business needs across multiple levels: clients, competitors, and internal/external talent markets
  • Proficiency with AI tools for operational tasks
  • Confident use of digital information management tools: HRIS, Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills: clear, structured, and aligned with company tone of voice
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical thinking: ability to gather and analyze feedback and facilitate improvement steps
  • High level of self-awareness and ability to reflect
  • Experience with bias management and transforming unconstructive communication
  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • English: Upper-Intermediate
  • Active pro-Ukrainian civic stance (mandatory)
