We move fast, ship often, and rely heavily on real-time insights, AI, and experimentation. Now we’re looking for a Senior BI Engineer to take our data capabilities to the next level.

💡 The Role

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role where you’ll design and build the entire BI layer of the company.

You won’t just create dashboards - you’ll shape how we understand players, optimize revenue, detect fraud, and scale intelligently.

You’ll work across the stack:

• Data pipelines
• Data models
• Tableau dashboards
• AI-driven insights
• Privacy-first analytics (MPC)

What You’ll Own📊 Tableau & BI (Your Core Playground)

• Build and scale Tableau dashboards people actually use
• Own everything from data modeling → visualization → performance
• Create dashboards for:
  • Player behavior & retention
  • LTV & segmentation
  • Bonus / promo performance
  • Fraud & risk signals
• Push Tableau to its limits (LOD, APIs, embedded analytics, RLS)

🔗 Data Integration (Messy → Clean → Powerful)

• Bring together data from everywhere:
  • Gaming engines
  • Payments
  • CRM & marketing tools
• Build robust ETL/ELT pipelines
• Create clean, scalable data models that analysts love

🤖 AI-Driven Insights

• Work closely with data science to:
  • Put ML models into production dashboards
  • Surface predictions (churn, LTV, risk)
• Experiment with:
  • Automated insights
  • Natural language querying
  • Real-time anomaly detection

🔐 Privacy & MPC (Where It Gets Interesting)

• Help us implement privacy-first analytics
• Work with Multi-Party Computation (MPC) and secure data sharing
• Enable insights across partners without exposing raw data

🤝 Work Across the Company

• Partner with:
  • Backend engineers (data pipelines, APIs)
  • Frontend/product teams (tracking, features)
  • BI analysts (insights & reporting)
• Turn messy business questions into clean, scalable data solutions

⚙️ Build It Right

• Set standards for:
  • Data quality
  • Dashboard performance
  • BI best practices
• Introduce versioning, testing, CI/CD for BI if it’s missing

🛠️ What You BringMust-Have

• 5+ years in BI / Data / Analytics Engineering
• Deep Tableau expertise (not just charts - architecture & performance)
• Strong SQL + solid data modeling skills
• Experience working with multiple messy data sources
• Python (or similar) for data work
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake / BigQuery / Redshift)

Big Bonus Points

• iGaming / betting / high-scale transactional experience
• Experience embedding ML into BI
• Exposure to privacy tech / MPC
• Familiarity with modern data stack (dbt, Airflow, etc.)
• Real-time data experience
