Project Manager - AI Voice Assistants

About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead delivery of AI voice assistant solutions for legal clients (law firms, legal services, intake automation).

This is not a coordination-only role. You’ll own:

• client communication
• scope definition
• delivery timelines
• and making sure the product actually works in production

You’ll work closely with engineers building:

• AI voice agents (LLMs + speech-to-text + TTS)
• automation workflows
• integrations (CRM, telephony, APIs)
  
  Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI voice assistant projects
• Run discovery calls with legal clients (understand workflows, intake processes, compliance needs)
• Translate business needs into clear technical tasks
• Manage backlog, priorities, and sprint planning
• Coordinate developers (AI, backend, frontend)
• Ensure quality of conversations (voice flows, prompts, edge cases)
