Project Manager (Offline Retail Expansion)

Ksisters is an international company specializing in e-commerce and retail in the K-beauty segment. We collaborate with leading Korean beauty brands and are actively expanding our offline store network across Europe.

We are looking for a Project Manager who will lead the launch of new offline retail stores, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to company standards.

Key responsibilities:

• manage the launch of new offline retail stores across Europe
• coordinate contractors, suppliers, architects, and external partners
• manage and maintain project documentation, layouts, and drawings
• monitor timelines, budgets, and project milestones
• coordinate materials selection and delivery schedules
• oversee installation and store setup processes
• collaborate closely with internal architectural and operations teams
• provide regular status updates and reporting

• travel to locations when required to support store openings

   

This role is ideal for someone with strong project coordination skills, high ownership, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
