Senior Product Owner (AI / Agents)

At Stay Group, we are building AI-powered solutions that help businesses automate processes and significantly improve team efficiency.

We are looking for a strong Senior Product Owner, who can take ownership of the product journey — from early hypotheses to product-market fit, first revenue, and scaling.

This role is highly hands-on and requires a combination of strategic thinking, execution, and direct interaction with customers.
 

Responsibilities

Product Development

• Formulate and validate product hypotheses
• Define ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and value proposition
• Describe hypotheses and success metrics

Rapid Experimentation

• Launch fast tests (landing pages, demos, pilots, pitches)
• Collect feedback and secure first payments
• Validate demand through real customer interactions

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with CEO, marketing, and development teams
• Decompose ideas into product (V0 / MVP)
• Prioritize tasks and manage backlog
• Balance between custom solutions and scalable product

Monetization & Analytics

• Develop monetization models (subscription, custom solutions, etc.)
• Calculate unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback period)
• Build product analytics (funnel: awareness → interest → demo → pilot → MRR)

Research & Materials

• Analyze market and competitors
• Collect and structure insights
• Prepare one-pagers, presentations, and sales scripts
• Define requirements for marketing and traffic acquisition
   

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner
• Proven experience launching products from scratch or from pre-MVP to first sales / product-market fit
• Ability to work in short iterations (2–3 weeks from hypothesis to result)
• Strong customer development skills (interviews, demos, pilots)
• Experience in defining product requirements and working closely with development teams
• Hands-on mindset with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, no-code tools, etc.)
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
