Senior Product Designer (Mobile)

Bubibo is a pet-tech startup founded in Ukraine, building a digital ecosystem for pet parents and pet care professionals. Our mission is to revolutionize the pet industry and expand our product to international markets.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong mobile experience to join our product team and help shape the experience of the Bubibo SuperApp.

This role offers the opportunity to grow into a Design Lead position as the product and design team evolve.Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in mobile product design (iOS & Android)
• Strong knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
• Advanced Figma skills (Auto Layout, Variables, Styles, components)
• Experience with design systems (creation and maintenance)
• Strong UX thinking and understanding of usability principles
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams
• Ability to deliver developer-ready designs
• Ability to take ownership of design decisions and justify them using data and user insights
• English - B2 or higher

Responsibilities

• End-to-end design of mobile product features (iOS & Android)
• Ownership of features from concept to delivery
• Participation in product and UX decision-making
• Maintenance and evolution of the design system
• Preparation of developer-ready designs in Figma
• Close collaboration with the product team on shaping feature requirements
• Conducting user research and usability testing
• Clear communication and justification of design decisions
• Proactively contributing to product improvements
