Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can independently lead web and eCommerce projects, manage client expectations, and take full ownership of delivery.

This is not a junior/mid role — we expect you to drive projects, not just coordinate tasks.

Projects

• Corporate websites (WordPress)
• eCommerce projects (WooCommerce, Shopify)

• Long-term support and scaling of existing products

   

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Project Manager in web development
• Proven experience managing WordPress and/or Shopify projects
• Experience leading teams of 4–8 people (developers, designers, QA)
• Strong experience with ClickUp (or similar tools like Jira, Asana)
• English level B2+ (you will communicate with clients directly)
• Strong skills in:
  • Project planning and scoping
  • Task breakdown and prioritization
  • Timeline estimation and delivery control
  • Risk management and problem-solving
• Experience in:
  • Direct client communication and negotiations
  • Handling changing requirements and scope control
  • Running sprint planning, retrospectives, and regular syncs
  • Preparing clear reports and updates for clients
• Understanding of:
  • Web development lifecycle
  • UI/UX basics
  • Technical constraints (at least at a high level)
• Ability to:
  • Take full ownership of projects
  • Make decisions independently

  • Push the team and keep delivery on track

     

Nice to Have (but not required)

• Hands-on experience with WooCommerce / Shopify
• Basic technical background

• Experience working in outsourcing/outstaffing companies

   

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of project delivery (scope, timeline, quality)
• Leading communication with clients (calls, reports, negotiations)
• Managing and coordinating the team on a daily basis
• Setting up and improving internal processes
• Identifying and resolving blockers proactively

• Ensuring predictable and stable delivery
