Junior Sourcer

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sourcer to join our Recruitment Team at Group107. This role is ideal for a specialist with around 1 year of hands-on sourcing experience who is eager to grow within the IT recruitment domain.

As a Junior Sourcer, you will support the hiring process by identifying and engaging top technical talent across Ukraine, Europe, and the American markets. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines for various tech positions.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates for different tech roles (e.g., Front-end, Back-end, Full-stack, DevOps, QA, Data, etc.) across Ukraine, Europe, and the Americas
• Use LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other sourcing tools to build high-quality candidate pipelines
• Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates and maintain communication
• Perform CV pre-screening and share qualified profiles with recruiters
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
• Monitor the talent market and provide insights on availability and salary expectations
• Support employer branding and talent pool development initiatives
  
   

Requirements

• Around 1 year of experience in sourcing for IT/tech positions
• Understanding of the IT market in Ukraine; experience with Europe or American markets will be a plus
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Basic understanding of technical roles and IT terminology
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow in recruitment
