CRM Manager Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement CRM strategy (retention, reactivation, LTV growth)
2. Segment player base and manage the full customer journey
3. Launch and optimize CRM campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, In-App)
4. Personalize communications and bonus offers
5. Set up and manage trigger-based flows (onboarding, deposit, churn, winback)
6. Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns
7. Analyze key metrics (Retention, LTV, ARPU, Conversion) and prepare reports
8. Manage bonus system and control its efficiency (ROI, abuse prevention)
9. Work with VIP and high-value player segments
10. Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams
Hard Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in CRM / Retention (preferably in iGaming)
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Smartico, Optimove, Apuesta etc.)
- Strong understanding of player lifecycle, segmentation (RFM, behavioral)
- Experience with multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, In-App,Robot)
- Knowledge of bonus mechanics and promotional strategies
- Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze metrics (Retention, LTV, ARPU, Conversion)
- A/B testing and campaign optimization experience
- Basic SQL / analytics tools (Power BI)
- Understanding of anti-fraud / bonus abuse mechanics
- Knowledge of compliance and responsible gaming principles
