Analytics Lead

Product company in iGaming domain is looking for an Analytics Lead who will own the analytics function end-to-end and combine strategic leadership with hands-on analytical work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Analytics team (hiring, mentoring, performance)
• Own analytics direction: priorities, roadmap, planning together with Product and Project teams
• Drive data discovery, experimentation and A/B testing
• Design, run and analyze experiments
• Ensure high standards of data quality, correctness and code quality
• Contribute hands-on to complex analytics tasks
• Improve analytics tools and processes, build scalable solutions
• Collaborate with Product Managers, ML Engineers and Data Engineers across the product lifecycle

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data/product analytics or applied data science
• 1+ year of experience leading a team
• Strong hands-on experience in iGaming domain
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets
• Solid knowledge of statistics, hypothesis testing and experimental design
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing
• Strong Python skills (pandas, numpy, scipy)
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau or аналог)
• Strong analytical thinking and data discovery skills
• Ability to explain complex insights to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience with ML models (clustering, prediction)
• Experience with libraries: scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, PyTorch
• Understanding of model evaluation and validation
• Experience translating ML insights into business decisions
