User Acquisition Manager
We are an international holding with over three years of experience and a team of more than 1000 specialists.
We are currently looking for a Media Buyer (User Acquisition) to join one of our partner projects - a global content platform focused on webtoons and digital comics, operating across international markets and continuously scaling its user base.
This role will play a key part in scaling performance marketing efforts, testing new channels, and optimizing campaigns based on data-driven decisions.
What’s important to us:
• Full-cycle management of Snapchat campaigns (launch, optimization, scaling)
• Continuous A/B testing of creatives and campaign structures
• Exploration and testing of new traffic channels (TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
• Strong focus on performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV)
• Close collaboration with the creative team to develop high-performing visuals
• Ability to analyze data and make informed optimization decisions
• Ownership of campaign performance and growth results
What you’ll bring:
• 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing / User Acquisition
• Deep understanding of Snapchat algorithms and optimization strategies
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Experience working with key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV)
• Proactive approach and ability to work independently
• English level Intermediate+
