Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist)
We are looking for a Recruiter with experience in IT outsourcing, specializing in closing Middle and Senior-level positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to build high-performing product teams, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
Skills are required:
2+ years of experience in IT recruitment within an outsourcing environment
Proven experience hiring for Middle and Senior-level roles
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative channels)
Experience conducting competency-based interviews
Ability to manage and maintain candidate pipelines and databases
Experience in offer negotiation and closing candidates
Solid understanding of technical roles and ability to discuss requirements with candidates
Advanced English (B2+/C1)
Skills will be a plus:
Previous work experience with Jira / Confluence
Experience with EU Market
