Our expectations:
โ Leadership qualities, experience in managing an international team, communication skills;
โ Skills in building and optimizing telephone sales processes;
โ Ability to analyze and improve the sales funnel, conduct A/B tests;
โ Skills in working with KPIs and reporting;
โ Fluent English;
โ Experience in a managerial position in the call center team - from 1 year.
Will be a plus:
โ Experience in betting or casinos;
โ Experience working with the African market.
What you will be doing:
โ Managing the telesales team, setting goals and monitoring their implementation;
โ Developing sales strategies, ensuring the growth of key metrics;
โ Analysis of the team's work, training and development of employees;
โ Monitoring the KPI of each manager;
โ Optimization of scripts and call strategy;
โ Communication with local Heads of Telesales;
โ Participation in the process of hiring new employees;
โ Drawing up and monitoring the implementation of a monthly telesales conversion plan.
