Head of Call Center Offline

Our expectations:
◉ Leadership qualities, experience in managing an international team, communication skills;
◉ Skills in building and optimizing telephone sales processes;
◉ Ability to analyze and improve the sales funnel, conduct A/B tests;
◉ Skills in working with KPIs and reporting;
◉ Fluent English;
◉ Experience in a managerial position in the call center team - from 1 year.
Will be a plus:
◉ Experience in betting or casinos;
◉ Experience working with the African market.
What you will be doing:
◉ Managing the telesales team, setting goals and monitoring their implementation;
◉ Developing sales strategies, ensuring the growth of key metrics;
◉ Analysis of the team's work, training and development of employees;
◉ Monitoring the KPI of each manager;
◉ Optimization of scripts and call strategy;
◉ Communication with local Heads of Telesales;
◉ Participation in the process of hiring new employees;
◉ Drawing up and monitoring the implementation of a monthly telesales conversion plan.
