We’re searching for a VIP Manager to own the full VIP journey - from daily personal communication and tailored rewards to spotting early churn signals and shaping loyalty strategies that keep top players engaged.
 

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year, in a similar postion (VIP/Sales, Account, Support, Retention).
  • Upper-Intermidiate German & English (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in VIP / support / retention / sales (preferably iGaming).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work with KPIs, player activity, and performance metrics.
     

Desired / Preferred Skills:

  • Confident in upselling, reactivation, and cross-selling.
  • Experience in online casino / betting industry (big plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, segmentation, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with multichannel communication (calls, SMS, messengers, email).
  • Understanding of player lifecycle, retention mechanics, and bonuses.
     

Expected Duties / Tasks:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of VIP players.
  • Build long-term relationships and ensure high engagement.
  • Drive deposits, activity, and retention.
  • Execute personalized offers, bonuses, and campaigns.
  • Reactivate inactive players and prevent churn.
  • Handle daily communication (calls, chats, emails).
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to improve performance.
  • Track performance and contribute to reporting & insights.
