Head of Product Design

We’re looking for a visionary Head of Product Design to lead the evolution of our digital ecosystem. This isn’t just about building features — it’s about shaping a unified, high-end experience across banking, crypto, and lifestyle products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Vision & Execution

• End-to-End Ownership: Guide the design direction across all product lines, ensuring seamless, premium experiences.
• Simplifying Complexity: Transform high-friction financial flows (e.g., KYC, staking, cross-border transfers) into elegant, user-friendly solutions.
• Data-Informed Design: Set and monitor design KPIs such as usability scores, task completion rates, and user satisfaction.

2. Team Leadership & Design Operations

• Mentorship: Lead and grow a high-performing team of 4+ UX/UI designers.
• AI-Driven Workflow: Integrate AI into design processes to accelerate prototyping and reduce manual tasks.
• System Evolution: Develop and maintain a design system (components, patterns, tokens) to support a fast-moving product roadmap.

3. Brand & Strategic Impact

• Brand Stewardship: Ensure the company’s visual identity is consistent and premium across apps, marketing materials, and online presence.
• Global Perspective: Conduct research across multiple regions, adapting design for local trust, culture, and user behavior.
• Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to create impactful brand campaigns and assets.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in Product/UX Design, including 3+ years leading design teams in Fintech, Banking, or Crypto.
• Regulated Products: Experience delivering financial products in multiple jurisdictions while maintaining usability.
• Portfolio: A strong body of work showcasing strategic thinking, product design, and brand execution.
• Collaboration: Comfortable presenting bold directions to founders, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced Figma skills and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
• Languages: Fluent English, Ukrainian.
