Senior UI/UX Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Conduct UI/UX audits of eCommerce websites
- Identify issues and improvement opportunities
- Provide clear, practical recommendations to help clients increase conversions and revenue

Requirements: 

- Solid experience in UI/UX design
- Strong eCommerce background
- Hands-on experience with Magento and/or Shopify
- Ability to run UI/UX audits and analyze online stores
- Good spoken English (for client communication)
