We are looking for a Middle+ TechOps Engineer to oversee the smooth operation of our data collection and processing pipelines. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale automated data gathering systems, ensuring seamless deployments, and maintaining system efficiency across a complex microservices environment.This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

• RiskSeal data collection platform support & maintenance
• Configuration of new environment s, clients, data sources
• Troubleshoot data harvesting issues
• Optimize system performance & minimize downtime of data collection algorithms
• Monitoring the state of integrations of data collection
• Take part in production deployments ensuring continuous operation and no customer impact.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a technical support or engineering role in a data-intensive environment.
• Experience working with automation tools, web data collection workflows.
• Experience working with databases such as MySQL, ClickHouse, etc.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, LogChef, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and DevOps engineers.
