Senior Business Analyst (trading expertise reqiured)

Position name: Senior Business Analyst for Crypto Analytical Dashboard
Level: Senior

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development
• Experience with fintech / crypto / trading / analytical platforms
• Strong understanding of crypto domain: wallets, transactions, tokens, DeFi basics, trading flows
• Experience working with data-heavy products (dashboards, analytics, reporting systems)
• Solid knowledge of business analysis, requirements management, and Agile delivery
• Experience writing user stories, use cases, and functional specifications
• Ability to create clear SRS / BRD documentation
• Understanding of system architecture (web apps, APIs, data flows)
• Experience with UML, BPMN or similar modeling approaches
• Ability to structure complex data and business logic into clear requirements
• Experience running workshops and communicating with stakeholders

Big plus:

• Understanding of crypto metrics (TVL, volume, liquidity, PnL, transaction flows, wallet activity, etc.)
• Experience with real-time data / streaming systems

Key responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Analyze product vision, users, and competitors
• Translate requirements into user stories, flows, and structured product logic
• Define scope of work and support delivery team with clear specs
• Maintain and update documentation (BRD/SRS) throughout the project
• Support development team during implementation and clarify requirements
