Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong experience in manual testing (automated testing experience is a plus) for web and mobile products who is passionate about customer experience to join our team as a QA Engineer. You will work closely with development and product (UI/UX) teams to release and maintain new features without compromising on quality. 

Responsibilities: 

• Use, develop and maintain test cases and test plans for all user flows of web and mobile products.  
• Report bugs discovered during manual and automated test runs through Jira issue tracking application.  
• Evaluate tools/technologies to continue enhancing the manual and automated test plans and their execution.  
• Work collaboratively with other QA Engineers, UI/UX team and Developers.  
• Maintain related internal and external (customer-facing) technical documentation.  
• Consult team members on QA best practices.  

Requirements: 

• 4–7 years experience with web and mobile app manual QA; automated testing experience is a big plus.  
• Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture, Object Oriented Design, and Design Patterns.  
• Basic competency with Git Source Control is required.  
• RESTful services experience is a plus.  
• Experience with Agile software development methodology (SCRUM) and working in such environments.  
• Maintain a healthy balance of disciplined test planning with day-to-day flexibility.  
• Background working on mature, 24/7 SaaS web and mobile applications.  
• Comfortable with and have experience working in small, fast-moving companies with “just enough” process.
