Senior Analyst (Marketing & Traffic Focus)

About the Role

 

We are looking for a Senior Analyst with a strong focus on marketing metrics and traffic analysis.
In this role, you will work closely with marketing, affiliate, and CRM teams to analyze performance, build dashboards, and provide data-driven insights that directly impact ROI and growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and automate dashboards for marketing and traffic analytics
  • Analyze performance of traffic channels and partners
  • Prepare regular reporting (daily / weekly / monthly) for different teams.
  • Conduct cohort analysis and RFM segmentation to evaluate user retention
  • Calculate LTV and forecast traffic окупаемость
  • Support strategic decisions (scaling channels, stopping underperforming sources)
  • Evaluate partner performance and ROI (including fixed deals)
  • Automate reporting processes to reduce manual workload

Requirements

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst / Product Analyst / BI Analyst
  • Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or iGaming is a strong plus
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • user funnel analytics
    • payment behavior
    • retention metrics
    • high-volume traffic data

Hard Skills

  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, arrays, dashboards)
  • Experience with BI tools: Power BI / Tableau / Looker / Data Studio
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and BigQuery
  • Experience with Jira / Confluence

Analytics & Business Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of key metrics:
     CAC, ROI, ROAS, FTD, CR, ARPU / ARPPU, LTV, Retention Rate
  • Understanding of unit economics and P&L
  • Experience in:
    • dashboard development for different teams
    • user segmentation (RFM, cohort analysis)
    • evaluating marketing channels and partners

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • System thinking and ability to structure complex processes
  • Ability to explain data insights in simple terms
  • Result-oriented and responsible
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proactive mindset (suggest improvements and automation ideas)
