π About the role
We are looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager who will drive growth through building and scaling strategic partnerships with other IT companies and service providers.
This role combines partnership development + sales, so weβre looking for someone proactive, communicative, and ΡΠ΅Π·ΡΠ»ΡΡΠ°Ρ-ΠΎΡΡΡΠ½ΡΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΠΉ.
π― What we expect
- 1+ year of experience in partnerships / business development in IT
- 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience
- Understanding of web technologies (Node.js, React, WordPress, Laravel, etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience building long-term B2B relationships
- Confidence in handling objections
- Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive / HubSpot or similar)

- Experience working with enterprise or high-value clients
- Contract negotiation and deal structuring skills
- Experience launching or scaling partnership / affiliate programs

- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities
- Conduct intro & qualification calls with potential partners
- Build and maintain strong long-term partner relationships
- Work with inbound leads from partners and move them through the pipeline
- Negotiate partnership terms and support onboarding
- Collaborate with internal teams on partnership strategy
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain CRM and track all partner interactions
- Monitor partnership performance and optimize results
