Level 3 Cloud Systems Infrastructure Engineer (Azure)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to take ownership of our cloud infrastructure and core systems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining a robust, secure, and scalable Azure environment. You will serve as the final point of escalation for complex technical issues and play a key role in steering our infrastructure strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Design: Lead the architecture and implementation of cloud-based solutions within Microsoft Azure.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure the integrity and protection of data across all platforms, implementing best practices for identity management and threat prevention.
• System Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Advanced Support: Act as the primary technical lead for Level 3 infrastructure troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Azure Mastery: Extensive experience managing complex Azure environments (Compute, Networking, Storage, and Governance).
• Microsoft 365 Expertize: Deep knowledge of M365 ecosystems, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Networking Knowledge: Strong understanding of virtual private networks (VPNs), firewalls, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Automation: Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell/Bash) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to streamline deployments.
• Identity Management: Hands-on experience with Azure AD (Entra ID), Conditional Access, and hybrid identity setups.
