Link Building Specialist

We’re looking for an SEO Outreach & Link Building Specialist who knows how to earn high-quality backlinks, build real publisher relationships, and grow domain authority the right way. This is not a spammy volume role. We care about relevance, trust, editorial quality, and real business impact.
 

What you’ll do

• Own and execute white-hat link-building campaigns for Snoika
• Research relevant websites, blogs, media, communities, newsletters, directories, and resource pages
• Build prospect lists and run personalized outreach to editors, marketers, founders, and site owners
• Secure quality placements through guest posts, link insertions, partnerships, resource pages, digital PR angles, and other relevant opportunities
• Collaborate with the content and SEO team to create linkable assets, content briefs, landing pages, and data-driven ideas worth linking to
• Monitor backlink profile health, lost links, anchor text distribution, and toxic link risks
• Analyze competitor backlink profiles and identify new opportunities
• Track results and report on placements, referring domains, outreach performance, rankings, referral traffic, and SEO impact
   

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience in link building, outreach, off-page SEO, or digital PR
• Strong written English for outreach and relationship building
• Proven ability to acquire relevant, authoritative backlinks
• Experience with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Sheets, and outreach tools
• Strong judgment on link quality: relevance, traffic, editorial standards, indexation, spam signals, anchor profile, and placement context
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing your own pipeline
• White-hat mindset only — no PBNs, mass spam, or low-value directory tactics
   

Nice to have

• SaaS, B2B, AI, marketing, or tech niche experience
• Experience with digital PR or data-led campaigns
• Basic understanding of on-page SEO and content strategy
• Startup or agency experience
• Ability to suggest linkable assets, not just send outreach
