Partner Manager (IT Distribution)

About the role

We are looking for a Partner Manager who will drive partner ecosystem development and grow the business together with key vendors in the Softprom portfolio.

This role is for someone who understands the IT market and wants to work at the intersection of:
 vendor → partner → customer,
developing sales and building long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage partner network in Ukraine
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners
• Generate and develop joint projects with partners
• Support sales together with partners (from opportunity to deal closure)
• Work closely with vendors (activities, planning, business development)
• Deliver presentations, demos, and participate in meetings with partners and customers
• Participate in marketing activities and events
• Manage pipeline and track ongoing projects

• Analyze market trends and monitor competitors

   

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT (vendor / distributor / integrator)
• Strong understanding of IT distribution and partner-driven business model
• Experience working with partners and developing channel sales
• Experience working with vendors is a strong plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Presentation skills
• English — Intermediate or higher
