Retargeting Manager
Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Founded in 2014, the company has been successfully operating on the market for more than 11 years, bringing together a team of 400+ professionals. Starting as a leader in the CIS region, the company is now actively expanding on a global scale.
We are looking for a Senior Retargeting Manager to join our media buying team and scale retargeting across multiple GEOs and tiers.
๐ Key responsibilities and your contribution:
โ Build, launch, and scale retargeting campaigns across multiple channels (Ubidex, DSP / Push / Native, Facebook Ads)
โ Own performance and profitability of retargeting activities, including budget allocation and PnL responsibility
โ Develop and execute user retention and reactivation strategies to increase repeat deposits and LTV
โ Segment audiences (new, active, dormant, high-value users) and manage cohorts effectively
โ Analyze and optimize key metrics: ROI, ROAS, LTV, Retention, CPA, ARPU
โ Generate, test, and validate hypotheses to improve user lifecycle performance and campaign efficiency
โ Collaborate closely with product, retention, design, and media buying teams
โ Create clear briefs for creatives and landing pages, participate in testing and optimization
โ Identify bottlenecks in funnels (reg โ FTD โ repeat deposits) and implement improvements
โ Scale high-performing campaigns, channels, and strategies across different GEOs and tiers
๐ Your qualifications:
โ 1+ year of experience in iGaming, performance marketing, or traffic arbitrage
โ Proven hands-on experience in retargeting / remarketing campaigns
โ Experience working with platforms such as Ubidex, DSP / Push / Native networks (e.g., PropellerAds, RichAds, TrafficStars)
โ Solid understanding of user lifecycle and key metrics (LTV, Retention, ROI, CPA, ARPU)
โ Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Voluum, Binom, Keitaro, Google Sheets, Power BI)
โ Experience with audience segmentation and cohort-based campaign management
โ Hands-on experience working with creatives and landing pages (hypothesis, briefing, testing)
โ Experience managing advertising budgets ($30K+ monthly)
โ High level of ownership, autonomy, and proactiveness
โ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build processes from scratch
โ Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
