SEO Expert– Google Penalty Recovery and SEO Strategy

We are looking for an experienced SEO Expert who has successfully worked with websites, focusing on DACH region.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze websites impacted by Google penalties or deindexing
• Identify causes of ranking drops, manual actions, or algorithmic penalties
• Develop and implement recovery strategies
• Build and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals
• Define keyword strategy, content roadmap, and technical improvements
• Conduct technical SEO audits and fix critical issues
• Clean up backlink profiles and manage disavow processes
• Ensure compliance with Google guidelines moving forward

• Monitor performance and continuously optimize for sustainable 

  growth

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in SEO
• Strong ability to develop and lead SEO strategies
• Deep understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Knowledge of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization
• Experience in backlink audits and recovery strategies
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with international SEO
• Familiarity with different CMS platforms
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
