Senior Project Manager/Delivery Manager

Dataforest is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager/Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate software development projects for international clients. In this role, you will manage delivery processes, align cross-functional teams, ensure project success, and maintain strong client communication in a fast-paced outsourcing environment.

    You'll be a great fit if you have:

• 4+ years of experience as a project/delivery manager in IT.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and other PMs.
• Solid experience with project budgets, P&L monitoring, and financial metrics.
• Deep understanding of the project delivery process, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of Python, API, and SQL (optional but a plus).
• Advanced proficiency in project management and tracking tools.
• Proven experience in account management, stakeholder management, and building long-term relationships.
• English language - Advanced or Fluent level.

• Ensure predictable, timely, and high-quality delivery of IT projects.
• Maintain and develop long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, optimize costs, and ensure the achievement of financial KPIs.
• Oversee and optimize all aspects of execution—from initial planning to final delivery.

• Partner with clients to identify needs, mitigate risks, and generate additional business opportunities.
