Marketing Manager
Job Summary
Drive integrated marketing programs that build brand awareness, generate leads, and optimize ROI for SaaS and technology products. Plan, execute, and analyze campaigns across email, social, SEO/SEM, PPC and content channels while coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and supporting events and trade shows.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, monitor and optimize campaigns across email, social, SEO/SEM, PPC, and content marketing channels. Use marketing automation and social scheduling tools to plan posts across major platforms.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and strengthen brand positioning across all channels and touchpoints, tailored to SaaS/tech buyer personas.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, generate regular reports, and recommend data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
- Market Research: Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, product-market fit, and GEO targeting opportunities to inform strategy for technology products.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and track spend vs. performance.
- Events & Trade Shows: Plan, coordinate and execute trade shows, webinars, and on-site marketing activities common to the tech/SaaS industry.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and creative/design teams to align marketing with product roadmaps and business goals. Assign technical and creative tasks to marketing designers and manage handoffs.
- Administrative & Support Tasks: Delegate administrative tasks (e.g., to PA to CMO) and oversee their completion to support marketing leadership.
- Product Marketing Support: Translate product features into customer value messaging, support product launches, create sales enablement materials, and collaborate on pricing/promotion strategies.
- Project Leadership: Lead campaigns and projects end-to-end, manage timelines, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; relevant marketing experience. Proven experience marketing SaaS or technology products preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Digital Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation, web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), SEO, PPC, GEO targeting, and social media marketing tools.
- Tools Familiarity: HubSpot, Canva, Google Workspace, Excel (advanced skills preferred).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication for content creation, stakeholder management, and presentations.
- Leadership & Project Management: Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and delegate effectively.
Preferred
- Direct experience in SaaS/tech marketing, product launches, and demand generation.
- Experience managing trade show logistics and on-site execution.
- Familiarity with additional marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM integrations.

- Location: Remote/Hybrid (location should be EU/UK/Ukraine)
