Description

In this role, you will be responsible for outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social outreach), qualifying potential customers, clearly communicating our value proposition, and booking high-quality demos with decision-makers. This is a performance-driven position where success is measured primarily by the number of qualified demos scheduled per month.

You will work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and contribute directly to revenue growth. 

Working Location & Terms - Remote

Duration of Contract -  Indefinite Period

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours a week)

Probation Period  -   3 months

Working Hours - 06:00 PM– 02:00 AM (GMT+4)

Job Responsibility:

  • Prospect: generate and cultivate new leads and then book demos with qualified prospects.  For your calls you will be using HubSpot (Outbound & INBOUND calls)
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify outbound leads by understanding the prospect’s needs and budget and determine market fit for Local Express.  Present Local Express’ AI-powered platform in an engaging, value-driven way.
  • Demo Booking: Schedule qualified demos with decision-makers and hand off confirmed opportunities to Account Executives. Achieve and exceed monthly demo-booking targets (Primary KPI)
  • CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records in HubSpot for every activity. Log all calls, emails, contacts, notes, and tasks; use email templates and pipeline/deal stages correctly.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with AEs to ensure smooth handoffs of prospects. Share feedback with Sales Management to improve messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Learning & Improvement: Continuously learn our product, industry trends, and sales techniques. Remain coachable and actively incorporate feedback to improve your pitch and approach.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: 1–2+ years of outbound SDR or inside sales experience (cold calling or lead gen). Proven track record of hitting targets. Grocery industry experience is NOT required – we’ll train you on our market.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills. You should be confident on the phone and in emails, able to explain complex tech simply and persuasively.
  • Drive & Attitude: Maintain a self-motivated, results-driven mindset. Persistence and resilience are a must – you’ll make dozens of calls daily and need to bounce back quickly from rejection. Always have a positive, “can-do” attitude.
  • Coachable & Disciplined: Eager to learn and improve. We value candidates who welcome coaching and strive to become the best. You must have impeccable CRM discipline – every call, note, and follow-up is logged and updated diligently.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using sales tools and technology. Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems, familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, experience with email outreach tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
  • Integrity: Honesty and professionalism in all interactions. You’ll be building trust with prospects, so integrity is essential.
