About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to help us grow the business through data. You will analyze key metrics, find growth opportunities, and turn insights into real actions that impact revenue.
 

Responsibilities

• Analyze key metrics (GGR, NGR, LTV, ARPU, churn, ROI) and identify growth drivers
• Find issues in the funnel (deposits, retention, churn) and suggest solutions
• Build dashboards and reports (Power BI / Tableau)
• Run A/B tests and validate hypotheses
• Do market benchmarking and compare performance with competitors
• Prepare clear insights and present them to stakeholders
• Focus on high-impact tasks and business results

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics (iGaming is a must)
• Strong SQL and/or Python
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Good understanding of key metrics: LTV, retention, churn, funnel, GGR/NGR
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making
• Ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations

Tools: GA, Jira, Confluence, Power BI
 

Probation Goals

• Audit current analytics and suggest improvements
• Set up dashboards and alerts for key metrics
• Analyze funnel and identify main bottlenecks
• Deliver at least one improvement with measurable impact (+5–10%)
• Build a simple weekly report with key metrics and recommendations
