About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Electronics Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary Radar Payload Team working on radar payload and downlink data systems. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong background in electronics or RF design who can combine technical credibility, people leadership, and end-to-end project coordination.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team of 5+ engineers across the full development lifecycle of radar payload and downlink data systems.
  • Manage and mentor engineers from junior level to highly experienced staff-level experts, with a particular focus on developing Electronics and RF engineering talent.
  • Take ownership of project timelines, planning, schedules, and resource allocation across complex hardware development programs.
  • Communicate progress, risks, constraints, and milestones clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Staff Engineers and Technical Leads to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and support effective technical execution.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on industry experience in electronics or RF design.
  • Strong background in applied industrial product development.
  • Experience designing complex PCB and RF subsystems.
  • 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams of more than 5 people.
  • Experience leading senior and staff-level technical experts.
  • Proven track record of coordinating the full product lifecycle for complex hardware systems.
  • Strong experience managing cross-domain and multidisciplinary engineering work.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of RF, aerospace hardware, or spaceborne payload systems.
  • Familiarity with downlink data systems.
  • Experience working with highly reliable or mission-critical electronics.
