Regional / Country Manager (Azerbaijan)(iGaming)

About the Company

An international iGaming company operating under a global license is expanding into the Azerbaijan market and is looking for an experienced professional to lead regional growth and drive business performance.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a full audit of the product (UX/UI, localization, payments, funnels, mobile, etc.) and marketing tools
• Identify gaps and propose actionable improvements to increase acquisition, retention, and revenue
• Develop and execute a market growth strategy for Azerbaijan
• Build and manage a strong network of affiliates, partners, and local channels (including Telegram and media)
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, affiliate, payments) to launch and scale initiatives

• Monitor KPIs (registrations, deposits, NGR, ROI) and optimize performance

   

✅ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming / betting in the Azerbaijan market
• Background as Country Manager / Affiliate Manager / Partner Manager or similar
• Proven track record of launching or scaling projects and growing revenue
• Strong local network (affiliates, traffic sources, Telegram channels, etc.)
• Fluent Azerbaijani (mandatory), English is a plus

• Strong analytical and communication skills
