Business Process Analyst (Customs and Risk Management)

About the Role We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our team for a complex project with the Lithuanian Customs Criminal Service. You will be responsible for analyzing and structuring business processes related to customs risk management and inspection controls within large-scale information system projects.
 

Key Requirements

• Project Experience: At least 1 project within the last 5 years as a Business Analyst performing business process analysis.
• System Experience: Proven work within Information System development or maintenance projects.
• Skills: Strong analytical and process structuring skills; ability to document complex institutional workflows.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Verification: Ability to provide client references or employer declaration for relevant projects.
   

Nice to have

• Experience with customs risk management, inspection, or control processes.
• Experience in regulated environments or working with governmental institutions.
