Outreach Manager / Lead Generation

 

We’re hiring a Outreach Manager to manage and scale high-volume outbound systems.

 

This role is centered on outreach execution, deliverability, and performance optimization. You will own outbound performance end-to-end, from data sourcing to inbox placement, with a strong emphasis on consistency and results.

 

Note: Full-time On-site Position

 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and scale high volume email outbound campaigns
  • Oversee the full workflow: sourcing, enrichment, optimizing, sending.
  • Maintain email deliverability and account health (strategy, domains, DNS, DKIM, reputation)
  • Support and improve outreach strategy
  • Ensure EU outreach compliance
  • Run and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Improve results through research, testing, and iteration
  • Gradually take ownership of additional growth channels
  • Help with building new outreach systems

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in outbound, lead generation, or similiar experience.
  • English communication skills
  • Experience with cold email tools (Smartlead or similar)
  • Understanding of email infra setup and deliverability
  • Experience working with outreach campaigns
  • Comfortable using tools, data, and workflows
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills

 

Nice To Have (Not Must):

  • Experience with Clay 
  • Experience with automation tools (n8n, make, or other custom workflows)
  • Leadership or team coordination experience
  • Experience with other social media outreach channels
