We’re hiring a Outreach Manager / AI Automations to manage and scale high-volume outbound systems. This is for a U.S project launching soon.

This role focuses on growth, lead generation, AI automation and outreach operations. We’re looking for someone reliable, proactive, and comfortable working with tools and data, not just following tasks, but improving how things work.

Note: Full-time On-site Position

What You’ll Do

• Manage and scale outbound campaigns (100k+ emails/month)
• Oversee the full workflow: sourcing → enrichment → personalization → sending
• Maintain email deliverability and account health (strategy, domains, DNS, reputation)
• Support and improve outreach strategy
• Ensure EU/U.S cold outreach compliance
• Run and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns
• Improve results through research, testing, and iteration
• Gradually take ownership of additional growth channels
• Help build systems to continuously generate new leads

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in outbound, lead generation, or similar roles
• Good English communication skills
• Experience with cold email tools (Smartlead or similar)
• Understanding of email infra setup and deliverability
• Experience working with outreach campaigns at scale
• Experience with Clay
• Comfortable using tools, data, and workflows
• Strong research and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-driven automation tools (n8n, make, or other custom workflows)
• Experience targeting technical ICPs
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Leadership or team coordination experience
• Experience with other social media outreach channels
