Strong Java Developer Offline

We are seeking for a qualified and talented Strong Java Developer to work on the projects of our partner Promptlink Communications, a leading solutions provider for cable industry (http://www.promptlink.com). Successful candidate will perform the full range of product development activities from specifications, research and design through development, testing and documentation.

Responsibilities

* Knowledge of object oriented programming and design patterns

* Knowledge of Java Core, Collections and Multithreading

* 1+ years of experience with Java

* Ability to learn quickly, analyze and troubleshoot existing code

* Technical knowledge and analytical mindset, ability to develop software components independently, including design

Intermediate English

Desired

* Knowledge of Java 8/EE: Servlets, JSP, EJB, JDBC, JMS, Web Services, XML, SOAP and REST

* Knowledge of frameworks: Spring, Hibernate

* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

* Knowledge of network programming

* Knowledge of network services, e.g.: DHCP, TFTP, SSH etc.

* Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL

* Build and Version Control: Git, Gradle, Maven, Jenkins

* Languages: Groovy, Unix Shells.

* Operating Systems: Unix/Linux, MacOS

* Higher education in IT or Computer Science
