We are currently looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will help us scale the financial function and influence the development of the international fintech market.

Key responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the company’s financial strategy, supporting long-term business goals;
• Management of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting;
• Control over accounting, reporting, and compliance with internal and external standards;
• Preparation and analysis of financial reports, providing recommendations to management;
• Cash flow management, cost optimization, and budget control;
• Interaction with banks, external auditors, and outsourcing companies;
• Development of ERP systems and financial processes;
• Team formation and management.

We expect from the candidate:

• Experience in a senior financial role (CFO) in fintech or related industries;
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, risk management, and financial analysis;
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and decision-making ability;
• Experience in international jurisdictions;
• Experience in implementing and optimizing financial processes and ERP systems.
