Project Lead

We are looking for a Project Lead to support delivery and coordination across several software projects. In this role, you will work closely with engineering teams and product stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, stable releases, and continuous process improvement.

This position requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple streams of work aligned and moving forward.
 

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing development activities across multiple projects.
• Support timely delivery of features and releases.
• Monitor progress and help identify and resolve blockers.
• Assist with onboarding of new team members and support their integration into workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and developers to ensure clarity of requirements and priorities.
• Help maintain visibility into workload and team capacity.
• Track delivery progress and support performance monitoring.
• Contribute to improving development processes, tools, and workflows.
• Help ensure proper monitoring, issue tracking, and system stability.
• Support ongoing initiatives related to automation and process improvements.
   

Requirements

• Experience in project coordination, delivery support, or project management in IT/software development.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and team workflows.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA).
• Ability to handle multiple streams of work in parallel.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with tools like Jira, ClickUp, or similar.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
• Technical understanding (development background is a plus).
   

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with SaaS products.
• Familiarity with monitoring and performance tracking tools.
• Exposure to automation or AI-related initiatives.
• Understanding of system integrations (APIs, SSO, etc.).
