We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can build pipeline from scratch, run outreach campaigns, and convert leads into qualified calls.
What You Will Do
- Own the sales process: prospecting, qualification, outreach (into calls and demo could be an option in the future).
- Build scalable outbound systems using: LinkedIn automation, Email automation.
- Maintain and track the pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
- Prepare sales materials, follow-ups, and commercial offers.
- Build and maintain a predictable pipeline.
Use AI tools (nice to have) to scale personalization and research.
What We Expect
- Experience with SaaS or product sales 1+ year.
- Hands-on with LinkedIn automation tools, Email automation platforms, HubSpot (or similar CRM).
- English level Intermediate+.
- Nice to have experience using AI tools in sales / outreach.
Proactive mindset, ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
