Training Administrator
Project Description:
Learning Management and Development enables each member of the company to access various training services, such as trainer-led courses, upskilling programs for Direct and Line Managers, webinars, foreign language lessons, training paths & sets, internship programs, self-learning libraries, external providers (conferences and certifications), and other training services.
Responsibilities:
• Organization/help any events concerned with training in location;
• Ability for accurate work in internal management systems and tools;
• Training modules preparations (infrastructure, materials, invitations, certificates, problem solving etc.);
• Introduction trainings (consulting, organization, closing in the system).
• Process the Training plan (assure the accuracy of the forecast);
• Cooperation with internal and external training providers;
Mandatory Skills Description:
• Higher education;
• Good communication skills;
• Experience with databases;
• Advanced PC user (MS Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer);
• Great sense of responsibility with ability to work under pressure independently as well as in teams;
• Strong attention to details and organization;
• Self-starter and proactive approach to resolving• Organization experience (internal events, daily activities related with trainings)
