JavaScript (AdTech) $$$$

We are looking for a JavaScript Engineer with a strong background in AdTech, specifically with an understanding of DSP/SSP ecosystems.

You will join an in-house product team working on building a custom Demand-Side Platform (DSP) with bidding agents. This role requires both hands-on engineering skills and a solid understanding of AdTech architecture, protocols, and real-time bidding systems.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to the architecture and development of a custom DSP platform
• Design and implement bidding agents for real-time ad auctions (RTB)
• Work with high-load, low-latency systems
• Collaborate on system design decisions and AdTech integrations
• Optimize performance and scalability of bidding logic
• Help shape best practices and technical direction of the product

Requirements

• Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.js)
• Proven background in AdTech
• Understanding or hands-on experience with:
  • DSP / SSP systems
  • RTB (Real-Time Bidding) ecosystem
  • OpenRTB protocol (or similar)
• Experience building high-load, distributed systems
• Solid understanding of system design and architecture
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience building or scaling DSP platforms
• Knowledge of bidding strategies / optimization algorithms
• Experience with:
  • Kafka / RabbitMQ
  • Redis / NoSQL databases
  • Docker / Kubernetes
  • Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP)
• Background in performance optimization and low-latency systems
