We’re looking for a Middle Business Analyst to strengthen our BA department and support various upcoming projects across different domains. This role involves both product- and project-based collaboration, providing an opportunity to join initiatives at various stages, from discovery to delivery.

Requirements:
● 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, preferably with exposure to more than one domain.
● Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and BA processes.
● Experience & willingness in participating in elicitation activities, including interviews and workshops (discovery, process discussions), with the ability to prepare and support sessions.
● Ability to support client-facing activities, such as preparing materials, documenting outcomes, and assisting in discussions.
● Ability to analyze business processes and contribute to defining as-is / to-be states under guidance.
● Experience in documenting business and functional requirements in a clear and structured way for different audiences.
● Ability to break down requirements and tasks into smaller, understandable parts.
● Strong skills in stakeholder management, including expectation setting, negotiation, and relationship building.
● Exposure to integration and automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make or similar) is a plus.
● Familiarity with AI tools and solutions, including:
identifying relevant use cases,
basic prompt and context engineering,
integrating AI capabilities into workflows.
● Confident in change management processes: identifying, assessing, and handling changing requirements.
● Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design, product).
● Participation in discovery or pre-sales activities as a plus.
● English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Responsibilities:
● Participate in workshops and discussions related to process optimization, automation, and AI transformation initiatives.
● Assist in defining and documenting simple automation or AI-supported solutions, including use of AI-automation tools.
● Perform business analysis activities throughout the full software development lifecycle.
● Support identification of automation and AI opportunities within business processes during discovery and analysis.
● Identify and clarify business needs, opportunities, and challenges with stakeholders.
● Prepare and maintain clear, structured, and comprehensive documentation.
● Facilitate requirement validation sessions with stakeholders and the delivery team.
● Ensure consistent communication and shared understanding of project scope and requirements.
● Continuously monitor changes and align the solution with business goals.
● Contribute to internal process improvements and support the BA knowledge base within the company.
