Digital Project Manager to $2500

About the Role

This is a dual-function role that sits at the intersection of project delivery and operational excellence. As Digital Project Manager (Delivery), you will own the end-to-end execution of our healthcare marketing campaigns - managing clients, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring flawless delivery. At the same time, you will drive the operational rigour that makes it all possible: maintaining task pipelines, building documentation, and continuously improving the systems our team runs on.

 

This is not a role for someone who wants to 'just manage.' You will be accountable for both strategy and the machinery behind it.

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Delivery team and Account Managers - providing clear, timely project updates
  • Capture detailed project requirements and translate them into actionable briefs for the Marketing and Reporting teams
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and manage expectations proactively
  • Distribute and manage tasks across Marketing and Reporting teams, ensuring deadlines are met with precision
  • Own the task pipeline in project tracking tools (ClickUp, Notion, etc.) - keeping statuses, assignees, and deadlines accurate so the team always knows where things stand
  • Set up new projects cleanly and on time, so campaigns can kick off without friction
  • Monitor task queues and proactively flag anything overdue or unassigned before it becomes a blocker
  • Update task templates to align with each client’s contract and provide teams with everything needed for a successful campaign launch
  • Maintain and update the project’s documentation, ensuring data accuracy at all times
  • Maintain and improve internal documentation - SOPs, project cards, and Wiki entries - keeping them current and genuinely useful
  • Track and log internal communications so nothing gets lost between handoffs or buried in a busy thread

  • Manage multiple priorities at once without losing track - fast-paced environments energise rather than overwhelm you
  • Take ownership of your work without needing to be chased - people can count on you to follow through
  • Are comfortable working with task management tools like Notion, ClickUp, or similar

 

Requirements

Must Have

  • English proficiency - Advanced
  • Confident with the Google Workspace suite - Drive, Meet, Sheets, Calendar, and more
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g. ClickUp, Notion)
  • Strong attention to detail - you notice when something’s off and you do something about it
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Open to learning new tools, processes, and ways of working

 

Nice to Have

  • 1+ year of experience in a project management, operations, or coordination role
  • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing
  • Familiarity with how a digital marketing agency operates
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing
