Help Desk Specialist

We are looking for a Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Sii Ukraine. You will join a Service Desk Team for one of the biggest delivery companies. You will take responsibility for troubleshooting issues with computer hardware and providing general IT assistance.

Your tasks:

• Prepare laptops for new employees and recover laptops for terminated employees
• Perform user support for the current hardware present in our office
• Provide ticket management and basic Network support with the help of our network team
• Conduct the inventory process
• Order and collect hardware
• Configure access card
• Find and interact with local hardware providers or partners
• Propose a technical solution to the local issue reported

Requirements:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in user support (Apple or Linux workstations)
• Ability to be physically present in the Kyiv office (Arsenalna metro)
• Experience in IT processes and helpdesk tasks
• Very good communication skills
• Good knowledge of English — min. B2
• Tax Residence in Ukraine is required, and fluency in the Ukrainian language
